Claudia Brant is one of the today's most prolific and versatile composers in the music industry. Her songs cover a broad range of genres, from Pop and Rock to Merengue, Norteño, Bolero, Cumbia, Reggaeton and Salsa. Her compositions have been cut by numerous artists including; Carlos Santana, Josh Groban, Ricky Martin, Mark Anthony, Jennifer Lopez, Lara Fabian, Kenny G, Pop Stars, Alejandra Guzman, Lola Ponce, Chenoa, Alejandro Fernandez, Paulina Rubio, Ednita Nazario, Diego Torres, Olga Tañon, Marta Sanchez, Cristian Castro, Los rieleros del Norte, Sergio Vega, Anahi, Thalia, Sergio Dalma, Noel, Mario Frangoulis, Nathan Pacheco, Kumbia Kings, Chayanne, Luis Fonsi, Reik, German Montero, Graciela Beltran, K Paz de la Sierra, Playa Limbo, Haash, La Ley, Victor Manuel, Milly Quezada, Christopher Von Uckerman, Alisson Iraheta, Pedro Capo, Juan Velez, Debi Nova, Babado Novo and KLB among others.

The Argentinean composer started her career as an artist in 1989, releasing “Entonces Vale la Pena” (Melopea Discos),“Claudia Brant” (Warner Music) in 1991 and “Tu Marca en el Alma” (Warner Music) in 1995.

She wan first place at the biggest latin american song contest: OTI (1991, Acapulco, Mexico) with her song "Adonde Estas Ahora".

In 1994 she also wan the Viña del Mar Contest (Chile) both as a singer and a songwriter with "Como Ayer".

Claudia has received many gold and platinum record awards.

Josh Groban's second studio album,"Closer", which includes her song “Si Volvieras a Mi” has sold over 8 million copies worldwide.

In 2004 she received 4 ASCAP awards.

She also got the “Best Latin Artist” award by the Los Angeles Music Awards, as well.

On the same year she got a nod for Latin Grammy's Producer of the Year for her work on DJ Kane's Album (EMI).

At that time she also collaborated with composer Danny Elfmann on the original lyrics for "Serenada Schizophrana", which opened with an 80 piece orchestra and a 40 piece choir at the Carnegie Hall, NY City, in March 2005.

"Por Capricho" , her 4th studio album, produced by Claudia Brant and Jeeve, was released july 2005.It topped internet downloads and got great reviews.

The album was recorded in Miami, Los Angeles, Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro and featured Beto Cuevas, Noel Torcuato Mariano and Jorge Calandrelli, among others.

Claudia was awarded SESAC Latina’s Songwriter of the Year for 3 consecutive years(2007, 2008 and 2009).

In regards of the Tv and Film department, Claudia wrote the end title (Esperanza viva) for the blockbuster movie "Ladron que roba a ladron" (Lions Gate).

Many of her songs have been heard on episodes of "Cane " and "American Next Top Model".

Claudia's song "Señora de nadie", performed by Jaime Camil, was chosen to be the end title for the Televisa Novela "Las tontas no van al cielo". The Novela was also released worldwide with great success.

In 2007, 2 of Claudia´s songs were recorded by Kenny G on his latin project Rhythm and Romance (Concord).the album remained on the Contemporary Jazz Charts for over 15 weeks. She cowrote both songs with Walter Afanasieff :"Es hora de decir adios" featuring Camila and "Mirame bailar", featuring Barbara Muñoz.

Dime quien es, performed by Rieleros del Norte, released in 2007, went to #1 on the regional mexican Billboard charts and remained there for 12 consecutive weeks.

Claudia´s song "Ni rosas ni juguetes",Paulina Rubio´s second single from her album Gran City Pop(Universal Records) went straight to the Billboard Latin charts, and remained there for 30 consecutive weeks.The song also has been released as a remix featuring Pitbull and a duet featuring Jenny Rivera.

"No me doy por vencido", Luis Fonsi's first single from his album "Palabras del silencio¨ (Universal Records), written by Claudia and Fonsi, stayed #1 on the Billboard latin charts for 22 weeks in a row.

The song has been nominated by Billboard as SONG OF THE DECADE.

Because of this huge success, Claudia also got Publisher of the year and Pop songwriter of the year by the Monitor Latino Awards.

She also received a "Song of the year" award by Premios Oye in Mexico (the mexican version of the Latin Grammy).

Fonsi's album also included 6 more songs Claudia cowrote with Luis Fonsi.

The album has sold over 500.000 copies worldwide.

Last but not least, "Aqui estoy yo", the second single from the same album, featuring Alex Syntek, David Bisbal and Noel from Sin Bandera got Claudia and Fonsi a GRAMMY for SONG OF THE YEAR (2009)

Recently Claudia went on a writing trip to UK and Sweden.

Ready for her crossover to the English Market, she already as several songs on hold with major artists.

Her last singles are :¨Millonario de amor¨by Sergio Vega (Disa),currently #7 on the Billboard latin charts,and # 3 on the Billboard regional mexican charts, ¨La fuerza de un te quiero¨ by Ednita Nazario, ¨Momentos" by Noel (Sony Mexico), "Te deje" by platinum band Playa Limbo( Sony Mexico) and "Quedate" by Pee Wee (Emi Mexico).

Claudia has recently resumed writing with Ricky Martin and Desmond Child for Ricky´s upcoming album (Sony).She collaborated on a total of 7 songs.

The album’s First Single “Lo mejor de mi vida eres tu”, is currently Charted #1 on the billboard pop latin songs.

Claudia lives in los angeles, where she has her own recording studio, and is currently working on the new albums of Nathan Pacheco, Leona Lewis, Luis Fonsi, Dana Paola, Ana Isabelle, Katherine Jenkins, and Paulina Rubio among others 

She has been recently appointed as Governor for the Los Angeles Chapter of the Recording Academy (Naras).She just got nominated as Secretary of the board of the NARAS L.A. Chapter.

Elections will be head March 2011.

Claudia will release her own album trough her label, Brantones Records, in Spring 2011. She is currently mixing it at NRG Studios, NOHO, with 8 times grammy winner engineer/producer Moogie Canazio.
